Here's what I'll ask of you:
Curiousity
As my client, I'll challenge you to keep your mind open. You will become more contextually aware, more flexible, curious, and possibility-oriented, and view your own behaviors with the same degree of logic and critical analysis as you do your work.
Self-Understanding
You will learn to understand yourself, and your organization. We'll use assessment instruments, 360-reviews, on-going scheduled discussions, and formal, between-session readings and assignments to build this understanding, and help you make appropriate adjustments to your outlook and your behaviors.
Action-Orientation
We'll find the steps to change. Over the course of several months to a year, we'll work together to develop a clear, action-oriented path toward accelerated change and expanded success.
Flexibility
We will work on the correct priorities, which may change. I am also willingly respond to immediate, unexpected situations when needed. A presentation, unexpected feedback, staff changes, etc. After all, stuff happens……!
